Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Most of our products take 4-5 business days to arrive once shipped. Our products are made to order, please allow 72 business hours to ship.

Q: What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with the product, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.  You can send an email to support@sublimegiftshop.com.  We cannot accept returns of medical/health related items.

Q: Do you offer refunds? 

A: Yes!  We offer refunds if you meet the following: (1) Items must be sent in the same condition as you receive using our return label that is provided by our customer service representatives. (2) Email us at support@sublimegiftshop.com (Name, Order Number, and any information of why you are requesting a refund).  We have a 30 day money back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund and it might take 3-5 business days to process through your bank.

Q: How do I take care of my jewelry?
A: Although our jewelry is of the highest quality with extra layers of coating to increase longevity, plated jewelry should be cleaned periodically. To extend the life of your jewelry, it’s important to keep it dry (never bathe or spray perfume on your jewelry; chemical reactions with chlorine and other elements such as perspiration can result in tarnishing). Remove jewelry when sleeping, exercising, or doing physical activities, as prolonged contact with sweat will cause the plating to wear away faster. Never use abrasive chemicals or products to clean your jewelry. After each wear, gently wipe each piece of jewelry clean of make-up and skin oils with a soft, lint-free cloth in order to avoid scratching. Since rose gold pieces are more sensitive because of copper usage (in order to turn the color from gold to rose gold), please use care as instructed above.

A: We take precaution to ensure our precious gifts won’t irritate you. Our jewelry is made of high quality stainless steel, and 100% lead, cadmium and nickel free.
